The Cloud is Not as Amorphous as You May Think

 {jcomments on}The term, “the cloud,” can be quite confusing.  More than a few of us want to get a firm grasp of just what the cloud is; what makes it different; types of cloud computing; its advantages/disadvantages.  And Chris Poelker, a highly-regarded storage expert, states, “As I travel around the country meeting with IT professionals and attending or speaking at industry events, I am amazed by how many different versions there are of ‘cloud computing’.”

Just what does providing exemplary customer service really mean?  

Before answering, I want to define customer service, which is more important today than ever before.  Think of customer service as the food for the health, growth and continued life of your business.  I’ll use an analogy:  let’s say you purchase cheap, crappy plant food.   Can you really expect your flowers to flourish the way that they should, the way that you want?   I think not.  It’s all about quality.
