She also serves as Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) providing IT strategic planning and budgeting aligned to clients business goals and objectives.

Service Desk Technician

Mr. Favron is our first line of defense serving as a Tier 1 service desk technician. He is responsible for providing exceptional IT support to clients following ISO and ITIL industry standards. 

Jeramy Darden

Service Desk Lead

Mr. Darden is responsible for coordinating the activities of the Service Desk Team following industry standards such as ITIL and ISO.  This includes the successful and timely delivery of technical services and processing incoming service requests from YWITS clients.

Norbert Azongho

Sr. Systems Administrator

Mr. Azongho is responsible for proactive monitoring and maintenance of clients networks from our Network Operations Center (NOC). This includes monitoring clients network health, backup, antivirus, patch management, cloud services, virtual environments and more! He is also responsible for ensuring our clients IT environment is aligned to industry standards and best practices.
